- Laboratory tests performed at a major reference lab in Seattle, providing accurate results at lowest cost.
- We honor laboratory request forms from all physicians including yours.
- Payment for blood draw/specimen handling must be made at time of service.
- Most results available the next working day.
- We do not deal with Medicare, DSHS, or managed care companies.
- The laboratory can bill most other insurance companies directly.
We offer laboratory testing without a physician order or visit.
- Throat culture, cholesterol profile, HIV, chemistry panel, urine
culture, blood type, urine drug screen.
- Fee is laboratory fee, plus
specimen handling listed above.
- You must sign a release form.
- Your insurance company will not pay for tests that are not ordered
by your physician!
- We are pleased to
obtain, prepare, and forward specimens to a laboratory of your choice at our usual rates for physician's oversight and the extra handling required.

- Well woman exam – at cost. This includes comprehensive eye exam and screening for skin, breast uterine, and colon cancer. We suggest a comprehensive laboratory panel prior to your first examination.
- Pap Smear laboratory fee - Our laboratory uses the new Thin-Prep technique to provide maximum accuracy. This technique can indicate whether you should be tested for human papilloma virus, the virus that promotes cervical cancer. - $56.
- Comprehensive male physical examination – at cost. This includes comprehensive eye exam and screening for skin, prostate, and colon cancer. We suggest a comprehensive laboratory panel prior to your first examination.
- Remove ear wax - $82
- Body composition (percentage of body fat by bioelectric impedance) - Free
- Skin biopsy to check for skin cancer - surgical fee $120, laboratory fee - $148
We offer housecalls if physician schedule allows. Minimum fee is $186 plus out of town travel plus time on task.
Fifteen minutes - $90
Half an hour- $180.
This is a longer office visit to consider several problems at once or go into detail about a particularly difficult or long-standing problem. These are pro-rated depending the length of time. Half hour rate is $160, pro-rated if more time required.
We save time in our schedule for urgent-care appointments. However, there is a $50 surcharge for any appointment, emergent or otherwise, scheduled after all urgent-care appointments are filled.
The “after-hours” surcharge after 5 p.m. weekdays, or on weekends and holidays is $100. From 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. it is $150.
Lacerations - General range is $300 and up depending on severity. This includes diagnostic evaluation, local anesthesia, sterile supplies, repair of the wound, suture removal. Does not include tetanus toxoid or medications, if required.
