We offer laboratory testing without a physician order or visit.
Throat culture, cholesterol profile, HIV, chemistry panel, urine
culture, blood type, urine drug screen.
Fee is laboratory fee, plus
$27 for specimen handling ($18 if you are a patient here at the
clinic.)
You must sign a release form.
Your insurance company will not pay for tests that are not ordered
by your physician!
Ear Cleaning - $65
Freeze skin lesion using liquid nitrogen $65. Subsequent
lesions at reduced price.
Wart Removal - $118 for one wart,
$36 for each additional wart
- Skin biopsy including laboratory analysis for
cancer $198
- Cardiac rhythm monitoring This test determines the cause of irregular heartbeat or palpitations in the chest. It is also used to monitor known cardiac arrhythmias. 24 hour monitor with cardiologists analysis - $265.
Repair uncomplicated laceration $300. This
includes diagnostic evaluation, local anesthesia, sterile supplies,
repair of the wound, suture removal. Does not include tetanus toxoid
or medications, if required.

General Physical Exam $180 to $320. Lab optional.
Well woman exam with Nurse Practitioner Mary Flick- $165 minimum,
includes lab fee.
Pap Smears - Our laboratory uses the new Thin-Prep technique
to provide maximum accuracy. This technique can indicate whether
you should be tested for human papilloma virus, the virus that
promotes cervical cancer. - $48
Insurance, Pre-employment - $110
Coast Guard - $142 includes required urine drug screen
Comprehensive male physical examination - $335. This includes
screening for skin, prostate, and colon cancer. We suggest a comprehensive
laboratory panel at the same time.
Comprehensive female physical examination is similar, add pap
smear fee if required.
If physician schedule allows. Minimum fee is $150, plus travel
($40 within the city limits, $10 per mile (outbound only) outside
city limits), plus afterhours or urgent care fee if applicable.
Regular Office Visit (Established Patient)
Less than fifteen minutes - $80
Less than half an hour- $160.
Consultation (Established Patient)
This is a longer office visit to consider several problems at
once or go into detail about a particularly difficult or long-standing
problem. These are pro-rated depending the length of time. Up to
one-half hour is $160, up to one hour is $320.
Urgent-Care Appointments
We save time in our schedule for urgent-care appointments. However,
there is a $50 surcharge for any appointment
scheduled after all urgent-care appointments are filled.
From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. there is a $140 addition to the usual fees.
Otherwise, weekends, holiday, and after 5 p.m. is at least $75
additional.

Please note that your insurance company may not cover prescription
medications purchased at our office. If you have coverage for medications
you may wish to purchase them at a pharmacy.
Laboratory tests are usually performed at a major reference lab
in Seattle. This gives more accurate results and is most cost-effective
for you.
We honor laboratory request forms from all physicians.
Payment for blood draw/specimen handling must be made at time
of service.
Most results available the next working day.
We do not deal with Medicare, DSHS, or managed care companies.
The laboratory can bill most other insurance companies directly.
Tests available without physician visit.
Insurance billing assistance available at $34 per hour.
We have a selection of the best nutritional
supplements. Patients of the clinic (including laboratory
clients) can purchase upplements at up to 30% off retail depending on amount purchased.
