These kits include instructions on prevention and treatment and in some cases include prescriptions for medication. These kits are available to our patients only. No physician visit required unless you desire it. Prices listed on our price list on the bulletin board.

Immunizations

Information sheet for several diseases including nutrition and preventive measures and general principles of vaccinations. About nine pages. (Fee will be refunded if you see Dr. Rienstra within a week).

Cold and flu self-care kit

Describes how to determine which kind of "flu" you have, and then what self-care options or pharmaceutical treatments are available. Information on colds, bronchitis, sinusitis, sore throat, and what you can do to ensure that these go away as soon as possible. Cost refunded if you decide that, after all, you need to see the physician.
