  • Worship God on your own.
  • Develop hobbies.
  • Treat yourself to a massage.
  • Stretch out.
  • Meditate.
  • Play some music.
  • Read.
  • Close your eyes for a few minutes.
  • Call home.
  • Try self talk.
  • Pray.
  • Get rid of "stuff."
  • Talk to a friend.
  • Take a walk.
  • Take a deep breath.
